About: I am a Public Health Researcher with over 18 years of experience across academia, NGOs, and the corporate sector. My work focuses on Global Health, Mental Health, and Population Health, with collaborations in the United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, Finland, Nigeria, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. I specialise in international research coordination, grant writing and management, stakeholder engagement, and building partnerships that connect research with real-world health impact. As a vital member of the Global Mental Health and Cultural Psychiatry (GHMCP) Research Group, I work with the Bangladesh team on AI and digital health interventions, including the AI-Driven Health and iGP model. With colleagues in Spain and Finland, I contribute to projects on work and stress-related interventions, while with teams in Uganda and Jordan I coordinated and submitted a GCC grant on the LTP model. In Pakistan, I collaborate with the Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning (PILL) and support key initiatives including Moving on ABC, ACROSS, and IAPT programmes. I am a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (FRSPH), a Member of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, and affiliated with The Global Health Network and the Mental Health Innovation Network. Alongside these roles, I lead psychology research and MVP evaluation at Sparta Consulting UK. My career goal is to further strengthen my role in Global Health, expanding international collaborations and contributing to projects that improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities worldwide.
